Jackson’s Death Ruled a Homicide

CORRECTION APTOPIX People Michael JacksonWell its “preliminarily” official, the Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Michael Jackson’s death a homicide.  According to the AP, ‘Forensic tests found the powerful anesthetic propofol acted together with at least two sedatives to cause Jackson’s death June 25.”

What I find more interesting is according to MSNBC.com:

A designation of homicide means that Jackson died at the hands of another, but does not necessarily mean a crime was committed.

So what does that mean?  Someone killed Jackson, but it might not be a crime? This makes no sense to me.  Another thing I don’t understand is, this is just a preliminary conclusion.  CNN found, “The Los Angeles County Coroner’s office told CNN they had “no comment” on the report. An LAPD spokesman says the story did not come from their department.

I would like to know who is giving out this information then.  Is this all just a story of someone running off their mouth to create headlines?  Who knows, but all I do know is it worked.

So now I ask you, What’s Your 2 Cents?

  1. I’m just guessing here but I’d be surprised if there wasn’t a whole lot of unethical stuff going on between Jackson and his doctors. They were keeping him doped up on sedatives and narcotics that were weakening his body and mind. So whatever they gave him that ended up taking his life was probably part of their normal routine, not intentional homicide. Someone may get charged with something but I don’t believe it will be a 1st degree murder charge.

  2. I think the crime but not crime sort of ruling is just an indication that while it’s painfully obvious there was an unethical drug and prescription abuse condoned by this doctor character they would be hard pressed to prove that this man had serious provocation to want Jackson dead. This kind of crime crosses both the lines of homicide and malpractice, and I find it sad that it’s only when famous people bring out these things in the media people take notice.

  3. Really? Jackson had no idea what he was taking. Kurt Cobain was murdered. He was injected with so much heroine that he couldn’t have possibly pulled a shotgun on his own accord. His murderer has still never surfaced. Tupac and Biggie were murdered, without any charges ever filed. Brad Nowell from Sublime also received bad drugs while touring in San Francisco, and he passed with overdose implications. Cobain had Courtney Love, who profited after his death. Tupac had Suge Knight. Biggie had Puff Daddy. All these rock stars profited off of the deceased long after they died. Sublime still airs on many radio stations daily around the country. What is sad is that the Jackson family wants more money, they want to sue some pharmaceutical company and make more millions off of Michael’s name. Please. Nobody will serve anytime after their investigation. However, I am willing to bet that some prescription company gets sued. The American Justice system is out of wack.
Someone is definitely guilty of a crime, but no way are they doing time. Anyone close to Michael Jackson is guilty of negligence. Even in the case of his molestation, some else should have been guilty of negligence, but the courts will only attack where the money is pointing towards. Do not follow the evidence, just follow the “paper trail.”
